Returns & Exchanges
All our items are hand made with care, so there will be a slight variations between each piece in size, feel, or colour, they are all unique.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at hello@dearali.com.au within 14 days of receiving your items, and we can organise a return or exchange. Please note that unless the items arrived damaged or defective, the cost of shipping falls on you.
Items must be returned in like new condition for refunds & exchange, and it is your responsibility for getting items back to us safely. Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving your items.
